About the position

The Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience team at Bond University has a clear vision to raise the University’s global reputation as a premium institution with a distinct value proposition, to generate growth opportunities and to encourage more students to consider, engage with, and ultimately choose to study at Bond University.

This position is responsible for the ideation and implementation of marketing automation strategies and tactics to enhance Bond’s digital footprint and improve the prospective student journey.

Reporting to the Strategic Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing & Automation Specialist will plan, implement, schedule, optimise and evaluate campaigns, engagement programs and other marketing automation strategies with the aim of creating student preference, enhancing engagement and nurturing prospects through to enrolment for the University.

This role is critical in the delivery and performance of marketing automation and digital marketing initiatives, analysis and reporting as well as will be an integral member of the Marketing, Brand and Customer Experience team.

About the person:

This role is perfect for someone passionate about marketing and leading the way in the marketing automation space. You will be data-driven and technically adept, a critical but creative thinker with the proven ability to manage projects that leverage marketing automation technologies, analytics and trends in digital marketing.

You will have a desire to continually explore new developments and technologies in the automation space, finding ways to more effectively deliver communications and business objectives.

You will have a strong work ethic and look forward to the challenge of working within a dynamic high performance team. You must be a team player, have a keen eye for detail, bring creativity to the table and be effective in working with a range of internal stakeholders and agencies.

Salary details:

Remuneration for the appointment will commence at $81 910 p.a plus 9.5% superannuation.
