You will be able to collaborate and engage with stakeholders within and outside the ATO.You will be responsible for developing strategic responses to meet the needs of different client segments and contribute to the design and delivery of contemporary and innovative solutions ensuring they are fit for purpose.Our ideal candidatedemonstrates experience in leadership of a large service delivery workforce, or the delivery of programs and services to support client focused outcomeshas an understanding of Australia’s tax and superannuation systems and a passion for improving the way the ATO interacts with clientshas significant experience and a record of achievement in delivering organisational projectshas excellent stakeholder relationship skills and the ability to work collaboratively with business representatives and government agencies to transform the client experience and deliver contemporary, professional and efficient outcomesis experienced in leading and managing in challenging, complex and fast-paced environmentsleads by example and strongly demonstrates the SES Leadership CapabilitiesWe offer a competitive total remuneration package (including allowances and superannuation) in the range of $230,246 to $266,374 per annum, depending on experience.EligibilityRedeployment register check – APSC Ref: SES2021-47 RecruitAbility applies to this vacancy.
