Fantastic opportunity for a confident, proactive and organised part time Administration Assistant (maternity leave position) to join our team located at our Mantra Residences at Southport Central. Southport Central as it is affectionately known, comprises three towers with integrated shopping and commercial precincts. We are seeking a highly organised professional with a passion to join the Southport Central team as an Administration Assistant (9 months maternity leave role) to the Building Manager. This role is a part time roleand will involve reporting to and assisting the Building Manager with the day to day administration duties for the Building Manager whom is responsible for the management of the three strata titled residential towers. You will assist the Building Manager in managing owner complaints in a timely manner and the building of strong relationships with unit owners. You will manage the contracts and invoices register for all three towers. We are seeking a highly organised individual who can show initiative and a desire to learn. You will be able to work well under pressure with a focus on meeting deadlines. In addition to having extensive experience with Microsoft Excel, you will have strong verbal and written communication skills.
