Deliver flawless execution of Media to reach customers and drive sales growthProduce clear marketing guides to support or store marketing execution program making it easy to understand and simple to executeIntimately understand owned assets and allocate static and digital internal assets to optimally reach customersEvaluate campaign performance to find new and better ways to execute campaignsCollaborate across functions to drive our competitive advantage What skills will our ideal candidate have? Ideally 5+ years in Marketing preferably in FMCG/Retail spaceThe ability to construct and manage successful promotional campaigns and provide analysis and ROI to the Head of MarketingA Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or related subject will be highly regardedThe ability to operate cross functionally and gain buy in from key internal stakeholdersYou are a self-starter who enjoys autonomy and can take ownership to deliver resultsA strong commercial acumen, coupled with exceptional communication skills What’s in it for you?Working at our Norwood based head office, you will have the opportunity to join a fast paced, growth focused organisation and take the important next step in your career.
