Account Manager/project Manager, Growth Marketing Agency

We?re after an experienced account/project manager with a proven track record of building strong brands, generating results, and growing great client relationships. Someone who has incredible attention to detail and experience working on a range of projects, often at a fast pace. In this multi-faceted role, you’ll act as the day-to-day contact for our Agency clients, you?ll take ownership of your client deliverables working in agile methodology with whole team. Your primary role will be managing and tracking all required components for campaign launch and delivery, ensuring exceptional attention to detail so nothing gets missed. You?ll also passionately and strategically grow client relationships to add value to their portfolio of work and focus on delighting our customers with results and outstanding service. You should have experience in listening to clients, ideas and identifying new opportunities to deliver on their broader objectives. You?re a doer, have spider like senses, be a super-helpful and a skilled collaborator – working with our strategy, creative and technology team to manage campaign development through to production across a range of channels.  Previous creative of digital marketing agency experience is ideal. Of course, we?ll love you even more if you are experienced with HubSpot and Pardot, along with Sales and Marketing Automation.  Our Clients are in ecommerce, mining services, professional services, contracting, health services and insurance to name a few, so we welcome B2B, B2C and B2Me experience from a wide range of industries to join our team. We?re a growing agency, so you can grow with us over the long term.  Your tools of trade, there are a few: Full HubSpot Growth Suite, preferred. Hive Project Management Office 365 and SharePoint SEMrush, Buzzsumo, AHrefs, UberSuggest, GERU, Google Analytics, Creately, and more. EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Experience of most of these is preferred. HubSpot experience is highly regarded.  We?d also like: 5 years minimum experience in a marketing or campaign management role, confident in dealing with small, medium, and enterprise-level clients. Tertiary Qualification in Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline. Strong strategic understanding of digital marketing practices and execution, including SEO, SEM and SMM. Extremely well-organised with strong attention to detail, proactive creation of documents and systems to manage work – we have made a great start but are always looking to improve. Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external Outstanding English communication skills, both written and oral. Enthusiasm, passion, and dedication. Ability to think clearly and articulate direction whilst under pressure. Clear experience of managing multiple campaigns and/or clients simultaneously. Comfortable taking responsibility for your projects and driving momentum to the benefit of all involved. Managing multiple projects to tight deadlines and successfully prioritising your workload to maintain progress across all areas. Effective, friendly team player that thrives in a dynamic environment.
