A 3 month contract is available for an experienced Administration Officer – Immediate start!

We are searching for the right person who can effectively carry out the following duties –

Capture, classify and record confidential physical and digital information in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Provide high level administrative and executive support to the Director and/or Manager, including preparing compliant business documentation using established policies and guidelines.

Maintain data within relevant registers, databases and business systems, and track overdue actions with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain a register of corporate assets, technology hardware and software, and an inventory of attractive items to track assets, provide software assurance and assist accurate financial reporting.

Assist with the verification and recording of physical assets during stock-take, including data entry into the asset management system.

Provide a backup contact point and accompany external contractors undertaking facilities management activities.

Provide confidential administration support services as requested.

Readily assist and support other members of the team in responding to internal and external customers.
