Wecurrently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, creative and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the team and assist us to launch our new restaurant concept. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, you will be accountable for overseeing a section of the kitchen to ensure that operations run smoothly and effectively in accordance with the Peppers Five-Star standards. You will have good technical knowledge as well as outstanding culinary skills to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented according to recipes and guidelines. You will be creative and passionate – excited about using local produce to create food memories for our guests. With culture at the core of this business, you will be a leader invested in your staff, their development and productivity. What we hope you will bring to the table: Australian recognised Certificate in Commercial Cookery or equivalent At least 3 years’ experience in a qualified Chef position Strong knowledge and experience of modern cuisine Flexible, full-time availability, including weekends and public holidays Ability to maintain high and consistent food standards at all times Excellent communication and organisational skills Proven ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and manage resources effectively If this role sounds like your next challenge, we would love to hear from you.
