We are seeking strong reliable and dedicated Kitchen Attendants to join our kitchen team on a part time basis. We have been aquisitioned by the government meaning high cleaning standards, strong PPE requirements and lots of opportunity to be working. This opportunity comes with an attractive bonus with the only catch being unable to have a secondary job outside of the Hotel. The main component of this role is to hygienically clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and other kitchen equipment using both commercial dishwashers and by hand. Rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors to ensure ongoing cleanliness and kitchen hygiene. The Kitchen Attendant role is crucial to the effective operation of our kitchen! This role will also focus on providing support to our kitchen team, duties may include but are not limited to basic food preparation; grating, peeling, chopping, preparing batters, garnishes and seasonings.
