About the role:As an Area Sales Manager your role is to focus on the attraction of new customers into our communities, focusing on selling a range of services and solutions B2B. A hunter within the industry you should be able to naturally look for leads, proactively self-generate enquires through networking and nurturing the warm leads which come through directly from our global support teams. Responsibilities:Your role is to drive sales of our entire product range, matching perspective customer requirements to the relevant product. Build effective relationships both internally and externallyvisiting regular and prospective client businesses to establish and act on selling opportunitiesWork as part of a team to drive towards a common goalOwn and develop leads through networking, marketing, cold calling and engaging with agents and brokersSupport local marketing through the use of social media, referrals and networking compiling lists of prospective client businesses in which to targetShowcase the organisation: As part of the world largest provider within the industry we expect you to be proud of working as part of brand, ensuring effective communication and service delivery.Monitoring customers’ changing needs within your market and competitor activity, and reporting these developments to Market Sales DirectorFollowing up with clients to ensure satisfaction with goods, services and solutions, and resolving any problems arisingPreparing sales reports to demonstrate Market performance and maintaining and submitting records of business expenses incurred.Grow your business, we expect full accountability against key sales targets and matrix for you as an individual and the operating market Traits and Skills about you:Achievement – highly competitive and commercial, driven to achieve and exceed specific goals.Enthusiastic – always has a positive attitude for your customers.Resilient – enjoys challenges and adapts to change; consistently demonstrates energy and passion.Influential – confident and approachable; delivers results by listening and building strong relationships with customers.Pride – pays attention to detail; takes responsibility for maintaining high standards.Motivated – takes ownership and acts decisively to solve problems and deliver results.
