Digital Advisory Lead – South Australia

Therefore, we are looking for someone to help grow our South Australia capacity, in capability and expertise, and help lead us on our journey to being leaders of consultancy services in smart infrastructure through digital advisory.You will, on a day-to-day basis, lead the delivery of major packages of advisory projects, helping to manage concurrent priorities across the team. You will need to establish the strategy and governance of digital data and information on behalf of authors, custodians and owners, to enable clients to meet their various business requirements. And you’ll implement standards, methodologies and procedures for the collection, production, coordination, sharing and maintenance of data and information relating to their assets by applying good working knowledge of best practice data and information governance standards.You will also be assisting internal and external clients to recognise the true value of information, how it can improve their efficiency and provide for better outcomes for projects and management of existing assets. You will be part of our Advisory team who successfully integrates our experience across Infrastructure Advisory, Economics, Project Management, Environment and Sustainability, Professional Training and Leadership Development, Asset Management, and Digital Consulting to provide advice that covers the full spectrum of considerations over the entire infrastructure lifecycle.It’s important that we find someone who has been responsible for project delivery, or significant elements of major project delivery, and embodies the principles of lean and agile working. This part of our business has started small, but thinks big and is scaling fast, this requires a high degree of agility from the whole team. You’ll need strong analytical and leadership skills, be comfortable working with disruptive technologies and at times challenge current practice.As our digital advisory lead in South Australia, you will be responsible for influencing, implementing and advising our clients to help them design, deliver, operate and maintain outstanding infrastructure. You will collaborate with out global Digital Ventures unit and our Digital Delivery teams. You will be actively involved in strategic roles on our most significant projects and programmes across multiple sectors and win and deliver work for you and your team. Candidate Specification If this sounds like you, we’d also like to you have:• 10-15 years of relevant experience.• hands on and practical insight of the latest BIM, GIS and/or Digital Engineering processes and tools.• good technical knowledge of a range of software platforms, databases and tools.• ability to specify the configuration of platforms and/or systems architecture to meet client requirements across the asset lifecycle.• strong leadership skills, including open mindedness, assertiveness, cooperation, a strong sense of team and vision driven.• Interest and/or experience with emerging technologies such as AR/VR, DLT, AI/ML, ACD and Digital Twin.• Masters or bachelor’s degree.• chartered professional status (would be an advantage).
