As a Relationship Officer, in our Digital Delivery business area, you’ll use your strategic thinking and understanding of technology and the software development lifecycle to facilitate effective communication between external clients, IT, and our business partners.You will respond to enquiries and provide technical, policy and security advice to stakeholders. You will support internal and external collaborative efforts to inform decision-making and the delivery of future initiatives. You will use an analytical and creative approach to problem-solving and be responsible for developing and maintaining records, preparing presentations and reports, and using feedback from clients to drive improvements to products and new services.You will develop engagement strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to support internal and external programs of work. You will manage, mentor, train and provide leadership to staff. This recruitment process is being used to fill both ongoing and non-ongoing positions. Non-ongoing positions may be offered for up to 18 months.Non-ongoing vacancies have the potential to become ongoing. These non-ongoing positions may become ongoing within the next 12 months.
