About the Role Supporting properties across Sydney & Canberra, no two days will be the same. Primary responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: All aspects of conference & events coordination from start to finish, including conversion of enquiries Establish and maintain strong internal and external relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure smooth delivery of events All administrative elements of events such as preparation of event orders, run sheets, payment and account settlement among other tasks Accurately maintaining our client database Assist with the management of conference related accommodation bookings About You Regardless of your level of experience there are a few key things that will make you shine in this role. Not only are you a quick thinker who is able to prioritise and solve issues, you will also hold: Experience in a similar role with operational conferencing/wedding experience an added bonus Demonstrated commitment to providing outstanding customer service and guest experience Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, essential Experience with specialist conference & events PMS platforms such as SIHOT and Ivvy is highly beneficial Highly organised with outstanding attention to detail and well developed verbal and written communication skills Unlimited Australian work rights with the ability to work across weekends, public holidays and evenings.
