We are currently seeking energetic, experienced casual food and beverage attendants to deliver a superior guest experience through exceptional food and beverage skills and high-quality guest service. ABOUT THE ROLE: Providing an exceptional dining experience to all guest Pro-active and efficient service, which anticipates and accommodates guest needs Retain menu information Knowledge of in-house wines and spirits as well as the “cocktail of the month” Informing guest of the “specials of the day” or new promotions Assisting with in-room dining and running of meals to various areas of the venue Ensuring guest complaints are dealt with effectively Accurate processing of guest transactions ABOUT YOU: Minimum of 12 months experience in A La Carte Restaurant setting Attention to detail, speed, and accuracy Passionate about providing an exceptional guest experience Excellent presentation and impeccable grooming standards A team player with a positive attitude Good level of English, numeracy and literacy both verbal and written Knowledge of Food Safety and Hygiene Must have or able to obtain a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate Able to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings If you believe you can provide professional, attentive service and thrive on exceeding guest expectations and would like to join our dedicated team within our beautiful venue
