Great opportunity for an experienced Sales & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic exciting and diverse role for a multi-skilled energetic person with a primary focus on providing exceptional customer service.—You will be responsible for:Delivering outstanding phone and e-commerce based customer interactionResponding to customer enquires with accurate and timely quotationsContributing proactively in post-sale customer supportMaintaining accurate product information and documentation within ULA?s e-commence platformProviding administrative support to the sales and marketing teamAid in the preparation of tender and quote submissionsMaintaining and updating of all sales interactions in the CRM systemAssisting the warehouse team in cyclical counts and receiving of shipments when required Our Key Requirements:Demonstrated experience in customer service / office operations – minimum 3 yearsSuperior communication skills & exceptional phone mannerStrong customer service focusProficient MS office skillsExperience in working with ERP & CRM systemsGreat organisational skills and ability to multitaskExcellent time management skillsAbility to adapt to shifting priorities, demands and timelinesProactive and reliable team memberExperience with architectural and/or entertainment technologies would be an advantageYou will be based at ULA Group HQ in Ashmore (QLD) and reporting to the General Manager.TO APPLY ?
