Beachside office location, Fast growing hospitality marketing agency, Access to resort facilities.Maer Group is a Sunshine Coast-based agency specialising in marketing and business strategy for the hospitality industry. In response to significant demand, we?re expanding our digital services and are looking for a talented individual to help develop the digital arm of our agency. About the role: Our Digital Manager (Head of Digital) will be responsible for expanding Maer Group?s digital services.  You?ll have the opportunity to help establish a boutique digital agency, specialising in website development and digital advertising services for the hospitality industry. We have an existing client base comprising of mostly medium to large licensed clubs, with incredible access to data and membership databases to create high performing digital campaigns. You?ll be supported initially by our inhouse marketing team and external contractors, with the opportunity to hire and grow an internal team in the near future. We?re looking for someone with several years? experience working in a digital agency (or client side), with a hands-on knowledge across all disciplines including website development, SEO/SEM, social media and emerging digital advertising technologies. Must have:A tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing or equivalent industry experience.5+ years of expertise in digital marketing for an agency or direct clientStrong knowledge of SEOHands on experience implementing and managing digital advertising campaigns across search, social and PPC mediumsStrong knowledge of website design and developmentExcellent verbal communication, reporting and creative writing skills Ability to work semi-autonomously and lead a team Good to have: Digital agency management experienceTechnical experience with website development and API integrationKnowledge or experience within the hospitality and gaming industriesSunshine Coast based & ability to start ASAPWe offer: As part of a small, fast growing agency, you?ll have the opportunity to shape the future of both Maer and your career. We prioritise team wellbeing, with flexible working arrangements and free pats with our paw-some office dogs. Our Maroochydore-based office is based close to the beach and has all the resort amenities, so your employment comes with exceptional 5-star perks! Salary is negotiable and commensurate to experience.
