Sydney Local Health District (SLHD) is seeking a dynamic Nurse Unit Manager to join our surgical team at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital!

Do you have current Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)?

Do you have experience in rostering; managing skill mix and care delivery models according to patient/service need?

The Nursing Unit Manager role is responsible for the operational management and leadership of nursing/staff to ensure the provision of high quality patient and family centred care and nursing and or midwifery excellence at unit/ward level.

The Nursing Unit Manager Level 2 responsibilities in relation to patient services, ward or unit management and staff management are in excess of those of a Nursing Unit Manager Level 1.

To be considered for this role you must have…

The ability to participate in a Monday-Friday non shift roster.
