Our Group Marketing team partner closely with the business to ensure that we remain at the forefront in our industry with a strong customer focus.Having set a new three-year strategy to be the best in class, the Group Marketing team will create customer-centric brand content and creative campaigns through centres of excellence, delivering a service that is second to none!We currently have a fulltime 12-month fixed term opportunity for a Brand Coordinator to provide support to our Brand, Media and Content team. Reporting into the Head of Brand, Media, and Content you will coordinate content available on our brand management platform – Outfit, assist with campaign management and activation including reporting on results, develop on brand content and creative briefs, and provide administrative support to the broader marketing team with communications and newsletters.Working with an experienced team of marketers you’ll get the opportunity to further develop your experience in the brand space to take your career to the next level. No two days will be the same in this busy role where you’ll engage and interact with a range of stakeholders both internally and externally, coordinate campaign activity to deliver to brief, and assist with the tracking and measurement of campaign performance.Join a positive, creative team that are passionately dedicated and proud to be custodians of the Bank’s brand story. As the Brand Coordinator you will: Ensure that the Brand Management platform- Outfit has relevant and effective contentWork with internal Digital, Business, and Consumer teams to develop on brand content for OutfitLiaise with the vendor and Tools and Systems Manager on the priority of the development of contentAssist in the implementation, tracking, and measurement of brand campaigns; manage media and production budgets, develop creative briefs, develop media briefs, and deliver regular reports of campaign resultsCoordinate campaign activity required to deliver brief To be successful in the role, you’ll have: A relevant tertiary degree in brand, marketing, or other relevant disciplineDemonstrated high performance and experience in a similar brand or marketing role within a large complex organisationProven experience with campaign coordinationStrong organisational, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skillsDemonstrated ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and apply innovative solutionsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skills, able to quickly build and maintain effective relationships At Bendigo and Adelaide Bank we believe a diverse workforce supported by an inclusive culture is central to our success and we actively encourage applications from those who bring diversity of thought to our business.
