EAS provides bespoke registration service to meet all Australian and New Zealand regulatory challenges.Job DescriptionWhilst managing 2 direct reports in our Bundaberg, QLD branch, you will be required to plan, conduct, statistically analyse, report on and manage research studies in a wide range of crops and situations. The research studies will evaluate crop protection products and varieties for performance and safety. You will be responsible for;Overall management of the Bundaberg site including management of costs in line with financial budgetsProvide quality field research for our clientsConduct independent applied research activities aimed at evaluation and development of potential products, crops, plant varieties and technical servicesEnsure effective management and development of staff through regular reviews, appraisals and robust people development plansQualificationsExperience in team managementInterest and understanding of crop protectionAbility to effectively plan, manage and review multiple and complex projectsDemonstrated analytical thinkingAbility to influence and negotiateEfficiency and time management skillsAbility to be flexible and adaptableAbility to lead and work within a team effectivelyAbility to achieve goals and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
