Description Launceston Veterinary Clinic is looking for a part-time receptionist to join the team!Launceston Veterinary Clinic is an established veterinary clinic that continues to provide up-to-date, professional and affordable health care. Launceston Veterinary Clinic has a very broad caseload including; companion animals, greyhounds, exotics, wildlife, pocket pets, commercial beef, dairy and hobby farms. Our clinic includes ultrasound, digital radiography/ endoscopy equipment and we provide on-the-spot assistance for nearly all pet health and medical needs. Flea/worming knowledge, vaccination schedules, basic triageRole description:Minimum 30 hours per weekVeterinary industry experience desirableRoster will be a mix of mornings, afternoons and evenings, with some weekend work on rotationMaintain cleanliness and a high level of organisation at all timesDelivering outstanding client care to all patients and ownersHandling client enquiries professionally in person, by email and over the phoneAdministration duties and associated tasksManaging the day to day appointment schedule
