Beach Byron Bay is the North Coast’s premier restaurant and function venue. This busy, iconic destination restaurant is hugely popular with both locals and visitors alike with its spectacular beach front location and panoramic views.As an employee of Beach Byron Bay, you would also be joining one of the fastest growing and most diverse restaurant groups in the country, Fink, which includes many of Sydney’s most iconic restaurants and, most recently a restaurant in Brisbane too

Positions Available

Demi Chef – $58,000 + super Chef De Partie – $60,000 + super Senior Chef De Partie – $62,000 + super Junior Sous Chef – $65,000 + super

What we are looking for:

Experience in Seafood food, fresh pasta preferred

A team player who enjoys to work in a guest focused environment

Excellent communication skills and time management

Ability to work, mornings, lunch and/or dinner shifts and weekends according to business demands

Demonstrate an ability to constantly work well under pressure

Have a current working permit in Australia

Duties

Lead and Manage a Section in the Kitchen

Section management – stock take and ordering

Assist in training and coaching junior chefs and apprentices

Adhering to HACCP practices
