Become part of a Service where every individual employee has the potential to make a positive difference.Your Opportunity:- You will provide broad administrative support across the station/establishment and undertake duties providing support services and information to members of the public YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Will include:Undertake the recording, indexing and archiving of correspondence using spreadsheets and databases.Input and retrieve data from a variety of computer systems.Attend to telephone enquiries and assist with front counter duties including liaising with and assisting members of the public providing information on Service initiatives and activities.Assist in the compilation of budgetary reports, returns and recording of overtime.
