Safety and Quality Coordinator – Speciality Medicine 1Central Adelaide Local Health Network – The Royal Adelaide HospitalTotal Indicative Remuneration ASO-5 $89,475/$99,403Total Indicative Remuneration RN-2A $101,836/108,874Total Indicative Remuneration AHP-2 $92,017/$106,446Permanent part-time working 28.12 hours per week The role of the Quality Coordinator is to coordinate and undertake a range of functions and services which support the leadership and senior clinical roles within the Clinical Programs (CP) to manage the Safety and Quality plan for the clinical program. The Quality Coordinator will work within the CP, and will be responsible for coordinating the: Management of the Safety Learning System, adverse incidents, and associated reporting of incidentsQuality Management Committee papersCollation of Mortality Review meeting reports,Central Clinical Audit program as it relates to the CPTimely review of relevant organisation wide instructionscollation, analysis and reporting on key performance indicators The role is responsible for provision of quality data for the CP, maintenance of the CP Risk, recommendation and Quality Improvement Registers, and supporting accreditation readiness of the CP.The role is accountable to the Clinical Program Manager with an indirect report line to the Director Safety and Quality through the Manager Accreditation.The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working including part-time.
