We are seeking enthusiastic pickers for our client’s farm near Sidmouth, Tasmania. Offering eligibility for 2nd/3rd year visa and a friendly working environment, the role sees you working five to six days per week, around 8-10 hours per day. The season is expected to go through to mid-May and is being paid under piece rate conditions, which means you control how much you earn! Piece rates vary based on the type of picking being done (minimum $45 for strip picking and $52.50 for select picking). Bonus up for grabs for those who are eligible!! Your Skills & Experience You will need to be physically fit and strong enough to carry a heavy picking bag of up to 15kg while also capable of climbing up and down the ladders. You must be willing to work long hours and be a flexible team player. Previous piece rate / fruit picking experience is an advantage but not essential.
