Job Description
We are a small, tight-knit team of 9 in the elevator industry, specializing in custom design, manufacturing, and distribution of lifting solutions. Our business thrives on precision and collaboration, and we’re looking for a motivated final-year student or recent graduate to join us as a Sales & Operations Administrator.
If you’re in your final year of study (especially as an international student looking for opportunities in Australia) or have recently graduated, this could be the perfect stepping stone for your career —it is not compulsory to hold an Australian working Visa.
Whether your background is in commerce, business, engineering, or a related field, we’re more interested in your potential than your specific degree.
You’ll dive into our ERP system, and we’ll provide full training to help you master it. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be diverse and hands-on, giving you a real taste of how a specialized business operates. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
• Assisting the sales team in preparing quotes and following up client’s inquiries
• Coordinating logistics, from arranging shipments to tracking deliveries
• Monitoring inventory levels and re-ordering as required
• Handling phone calls and supporting clients with general business inquiries
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks to streamline our operations
