Administration role supporting sales and warehouse teams in a busy office. We're looking for a team player to join us.
Full time or Part time role.
Regular salary and work hours with an established business.

Our client is recruiting for an Administration Support person to work alongside their Sales Support and Warehousing teams, to assist with ensuring customers orders are processed on time and with 100% accuracy.
The business operates in the automotive sector, and is a well established and respected business supplying components throughout Australia.
What you’ll be doing:
Processing of new customer enquiries & sales orders.
Managing sales order-related queries to ensure all customers receive a high level of service in a timely manner.
Managing the ordering system information, to ensure the team is working with the most up to date information at all times.
General office administration duties that include:
Maintaining sales documentation and regular reporting on key areas Collating and coordination of freight documentation
Supporting the wider team and other general duties as required to ensure customers receive the best service.

If you are studying business or recently graduated this may be an ideal opportunity for you. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in a commercial environment.
Applicants with previous experience in an Administrator, Accounts or similar role are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge and understanding of sales/accounting systems.
Good communication skills; i.e. able to communicate clearly and confidently, while always upholding the company’s service standards.
