The Role:
Employment Type: Casual
Hours of Work: Between 9 AM – 5 PM (minimum 3 days per week)
Hourly Rate: $31.23 for trainees and $32.25 for consultants (depending on experience)
Location: Office-based only, York St, Sydney CBD
What You’ll Be Doing:
★ Customer Satisfaction Guru – Conduct follow-up calls to gauge customer satisfaction, resolve issues, and provide feedback.
★ Retention Rockstar – Use CRM tools to help our clients retain their customers by offering tailored solutions to boost loyalty and satisfaction.
★ Team Player – Collaborate across departments to support overall business goals and deliver seamless service.
★ Sales Superstar –
Make outbound sales calls, promote products/services, and identify upselling opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Handle inquiries, convert leads, and maintain accurate CRM records.
You:
✔ Available to work at least 3 business days per week
✔ A clear and precise phone communicator – active listening, clear speaking, and confidence.
✔ Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
✔ Empathetic and resilient in assisting clients through difficult situations with proven ability to build rapport quickly and confidently over the phone.
✔ Experience working in multi-tasking and busy environments.
✔ An eagerness to learn and develop new skills
✔ Tech-savvy, able to learn and navigate multiple computer systems (Exposure to AI and databases)
✔ Skill sets in the following areas give you the advantage:
Sales experience (or confidence and ability to make sales calls)
Strong KPI focus with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Ability to adapt to a changing work environment and embrace new challenges.
