Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven 4 Sales Representatives to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for potential customers with the main objective to convert these leads into successful partnerships for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute cold mailing and cold calling campaigns.
Door to Door campaign execution to provide an overview of the services that customers can be benefitted from.
Provide tailored hiring solutions to the customers for their business.
Generate a relationship with customers and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
Exceed the sales target to enjoy competitive incentives.
Potential candidate:
You need to be in Melbourne and have a valid visa to work.
You can make this job as your full time/ part time/ holiday work or side hustle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Passionate about speaking to customers.
A self motivated, ability to work independently.
Basic understanding of construction industry is important but not essential.
Good Excel skills are preferred.
Full training will be provided with essential toolkits.
