Fire Monitoring Control Room Operator

We seek a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible individual to join our Fire Monitoring Control Room Operator team. The successful candidate will monitor, analyse, and respond to fire alarm signals, ensuring that those signals are delivered to the Fire Brigade. We have a fully staffed team with a division of responsibilities, which enables the team to give real service to our clients. The team operates on modern premises with plenty of on-site parking.

Key Responsibilities:
Alarm Management: Respond promptly to fire alarm alerts received into the monitoring centre, and ensure that the alerts are being transmitted to the Fire Brigade.
Logging & Reporting: Accurately record and document incidents, observations, and responses in real-time through detailed logs. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required.
Communication: Act as a liaison between management, and external authorities. Ensure clear, efficient communication during emergencies and routine checks.

Must be able to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as the control room operates 24/7.
