What does a Program Facilitator do?
Program Facilitators are masters of fun, engagement and authentic impact. Whether you're dazzling a classroom of 20, facilitating collaboration in a boardroom or inspiring in a room of 300+ young people this is where your ability to connect will SHINE!

You'll design and deliver workshops that crackle with energy and weave together activities and discussions that leave a lasting impression on our participants.

Training and all necessary materials provided to ensure you’re set up for success.
An incredibly supportive programs team to guide you every step of the way.
You’ll start by observing workshops, then gradually take on activities to build your confidence as a leader.
The chance to work directly with young people, inspiring them and making a meaningful first-hand impact on their lives.
Opportunities to grow your skills in facilitation, leadership and youth engagement.
Some travel may be required, depending on your location. We have offices in Queensland and New South Wales but frequently deliver programs in Victoria and South Australia. (Travel expenses are fully covered for facilitators travelling for work)
Being a Program Facilitator is more than just leading workshops, it’s about creating real change. You’ll grow and develop your skills so much by being part of this team of 35+ passionate facilitators across Aus!

The Essentials:
A valid Blue Card or relevant Working with Children’s Check.
Energy!
A current Police Check or willingness to obtain one.
Confidence in public speaking and engaging with groups of all sizes
Experience and passion for working with young people.
Lead Facilitators are required to obtain their First Aid/CPR certifications within 30 days of joining The ASE Group
