About the Internship
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Meta Ads Manager Intern to join our growing team. This is an invaluable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing paid social media campaigns, specifically within the Meta ecosystem (Facebook & Instagram). You will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective ad strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and sales.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (including Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads) across various objectives (e.g., brand awareness, website traffic, conversions).
Develop and implement targeted ad sets based on demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., reach, impressions, click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition), and identify areas for optimization.
A/B test different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Pixel Implementation & Troubleshooting:
Ensure accurate and timely implementation of the Meta Pixel on our website and other relevant platforms.
Troubleshoot and resolve any pixel-related errors or issues.
Leverage pixel data to create custom audiences, track conversions, and optimize campaign performance.
Meta Ads Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive Meta Ads strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Meta Ads platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify effective Meta Ads strategies and identify areas for differentiation.
Explore new advertising opportunities within the Meta ecosystem (e.g., Reels Ads, Stories Ads).
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate regular performance reports on Meta Ads campaigns, including key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
Analyze campaign data to identify trends, optimize performance, and inform future campaign strategies.
Qualifications:
Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and paid social media advertising.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
Familiarity with pixel implementation and troubleshooting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, data visualization tools).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
A passion for the swimwear industry is a plus.
