Content Creator/ Social Media Manager

We are seeking a passionate and creative Content Creator & Social Media Manager Intern to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the swimwear industry and contribute to the success of our brand.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation:
Develop engaging and high-quality content for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) including:
Photos: Curate and capture visually appealing photos and videos of our swimwear.
Videos: Create short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) showcasing our products, brand story, and customer testimonials.
Text: Write compelling captions, blog posts, and website copy that resonates with our target audience.
Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and reach.
Schedule and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments and messages from followers.
Track and analyze social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, website traffic).
Identify and leverage relevant social media influencers for potential collaborations.
Content Strategy:
Brainstorm and develop creative content ideas that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Explore innovative ways to promote our brand while adhering to platform guidelines and restrictions.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify best practices and areas for improvement.
Community Building:
Foster a strong and engaged community around our brand by interacting with followers and encouraging user-generated content.

Qualifications:

Strong passion for social media and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative and imaginative with a strong eye for detail.
Proficient in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Capcut, Canva).
Experience with social media analytics and scheduling tools.
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
A genuine interest in swimwear and the fashion industry.
