Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Team Leader to spearhead our solar appointment-setting team in Sydney and regional NSW. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to play a pivotal role in our solar sales and outreach initiatives, working Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
The Team Leader will be responsible for recruiting fresh talent, training team members to excel in appointment-setting, and managing their day-to-day performance on the field. The role also offers the potential for sponsorship for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
• Recruitment: Identify, hire, and onboard new talent for the door-to-door sales team.
• Training: Provide hands-on training to team members, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in appointment setting for solar energy solutions.
• Team Management: Supervise and motivate the team in the field, ensuring daily targets and high-performance standards are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate individual and team performance, offering regular feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Field Operations: Actively participate in door-to-door activities to set appointments and demonstrate best practices.
• Logistics: Plan and coordinate daily routes across Sydney and regional NSW.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of door-to-door sales experience.
• Driver’s License: Valid NSW driver’s license with access to a reliable car.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire a team to achieve goals.
• Availability: Must be available to work Monday to Saturday, 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
