Marketing And Social Media Manager - Of A Nfp Organisation

If you have skills in social media and the internet and learning, you have the desire to manage and update our websites, you will be supported by media teams and training provided, this role is ideal for a university student specializing in marketing and social media. Coolum heARTs Inc is a community-based, not-for-profit organization providing affordable access to arts, music, and life skills for all community members. Our dedicated team offers daily classes to those seeking additional support, friendship, and guidance.

We run our classes from a community shed in Coolum each day. We are looking for people who can help us face to face, but those who studying marketing, social engagement, management, community, the disabled, social influencers, people who are time poor, people in the local community who want to put back but do not know how. Those people who are shy, extravert, confident or non-confident but trying every day to do something that stretches you. "We got you" we care, and our little community needs you. Help us help others, we have such big visions and goals and have achieved so much over the last 10 years, but it time to "go harder" and put more smiles on people's faces.

Although our team is small, our goals for the upcoming year are significant. We are in search of individuals skilled and / or skilled with big hearts who possess a sincere concern for others and a desire to improve their community involvement while gaining new skills.

We currently have openings for two Committee members (meetings can be conducted via Teams once a month).

We are seeking individuals with generous hearts who can dedicate an hour each week to help us. There's no age limit and all abilities are welcome. Your contribution could involve selling raffle tickets at Coolum Hearts, assisting with art, painting, ceramics, yoga, or drumming classes.

If you have business development skills, you can help us promote our brand to local businesses. This role includes mentorship by an experienced BDM and offers training to enhance your skills (commitment of one hour a week).

Additionally, we host an annual Christmas dinner for those feeling disheartened, lonely, or forgotten. We require volunteers on the day to engage in conversation, assist with meal preparation, and wrap Christmas presents.

Our activities are designed to uncover talents you may not realize you possess, and you'll have the opportunity to meet a diverse group of interesting, like-minded individuals.

By volunteering, you can contribute to the community, support activities, participate in fundraising, and attend public events. Our new committee is committed to providing services and support to the community.
