Job Description
MobilityDesk is seeking a highly motivated technical support person to join the team.
Key Responsibilities
· Design and improve forms for accurate data capture, ensuring proper data mapping and adherence to standards.
· Automate workflows across various platforms to increase efficiency and reduce manual input.
· Provide technical support through testing, troubleshooting, and identifying areas for improvement.
· Assist users with platform navigation and offer guidance for effective usage.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with project goals and user needs.
· Document processes and contribute to continuous system improvements for enhanced functionality.
Position details
· Type: Ongoing Casual
· Location: On-site Phillip Street, Sydney.
· Hours: No less than 20 hours per week
Skills and qualification
· Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and DOM.
· Exposure to AWS environment, particularly on DynamoDB and Amazon S3 services or willingness to learn.
· Good knowledge of JavaScript/Typescript with some exposure in Node.js and, ideally SurveyJS.
· Working knowledge of the versioning system (Git).
· Understanding of No-SQL database.
· Ability to follow instructions and meet set deadlines.
· Currently a master's student, Studying computer science/ information technology.
