LoopLearners is seeking passionate and dedicated tutors to join our growing team! Based in Sydney, we offer private K-12 tutoring across all subjects and year levels. Created by tutors for tutors, LoopLearners fosters a fair and supportive environment where we empower our team with competitive rates. In this position, you will conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions, either in person or online, and enjoy the flexibility to set your own schedule—working when it suits you best. You will communicate with parents to adjust lessons and provide additional tasks for students, and you will have access to our tutor management system, which allows you to track your schedule, invoices, and more.

Regarding compensation, we offer great rates ranging from $40 to $73 per job, depending on the subject and your experience.

To qualify for this role, you must have completed schooling in Australia with a minimum ATAR of 85 or possess a relevant teaching qualification or experience. Additionally, you must be an Australian citizen, a New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a visa with work rights (excluding holiday visas). A current Paid Working With Children Check (WWCC) is required, or you must be willing to obtain one. Furthermore, you should have or be willing to apply for an Australian Business Number (ABN). While prior tutoring or teaching experience is preferred, it is not mandatory.

This role is classified as a subcontractor position, allowing for flexibility in your work hours, which can range from 1 to 30 hours per week based on your availability. We offer tutoring opportunities in Sydney, NSW, for in-person sessions, as well as online.
