As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for creating connections with your customers, maximising sales opportunities and taking your store to the next level!

Qualifications & experience
Customer Focus - Everything we do, we do for her. We want to lead this focus as an example to the team. Dedication to exceptional customer service every time.
Sales & Business Acumen - Strong understanding of sales and techniques and strategies, and how to instil these in your team. Ability to analyse sales trends & forecasts and plan accordingly.
Retail Management Experience - Have you dipped your toe in management before? A proven track record in Retail Management is imperative!
Leadership & Communication Skills - Strong leadership qualities that can ignite the passion in your team. Excellent communication skills to internal and external peoples.
Organisational & Problem Solving Skills - A solutions oriented thinker. Someone who is quick to think on your feet. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple competing priorities

Tasks & responsibilities
Customer Experience - Ensure you and your team provide a first class customer experience every time. We want to create such a great experience, that our customers can't help but keep coming back
Visual Merchandising -The ability to plan and execute compelling commercialised visual displays to entice customers to shop. We have visual merchandising standards that will guide you to excellence
Leadership & Team Management - Oversee and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and create a great customer experience
Stock Management - Oversee the inbound / outgoing stock in your store. We know that a big part of a successful store is having relevant stock for your customers to shop. Drive successful stock management in your store and it will drive sales too!
