Key Responsibilities:
Management of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process.
Coordinate key training activities of all staff (general policies and procedures, WHS and Food Safety).
Oversee payroll function (timesheets, awards, leave requests, etc.)
Oversee and manage employee enrichment activities (professional development, social club, Christmas parties, company wide meetings, etc.)
Coordinate with Enerpac’s cross-functional teams (WHS team, Safety Team, Quality Team, etc.).

Required Experience & Education:

Australian Residency or eligibility to work unrestricted full time.
High degree of emotional intelligence.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
Has a proven track record in developing and coaching young and inexperienced workers to achieve success.
Is results driven and holds high standards for themselves and those around them.
A commitment to Work, Health & Safety in everything that is done
Extremely well organised, structured and disciplined.
Good problem solving skills and creative thinking
Ability to create work instructions and process directions and understands the benefit of continually refining processes which can be monitored and measured.
Ability to adapt to change and work within time frames
Strong computer skills in the use of Microsoft office applications
Has strong collaboration skills, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. It is also essential that you are up to date with an understanding of industry awards, current pay rates and industry trends surrounding non-monetary benefits.

Education is a key component for this role. A minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources or Business would be necessary.
