At Miss Lucy's Tutoring, we are a small team of highly driven individuals dedicated to helping children aged 3 to 12 feel comfortable and confident as they begin and continue their school journey. We provide personalised sessions in our students' homes, encouraging them to achieve their academic goals and find joy in learning through our fun and active approach to teaching. Our team offers one-on-one in-person tutoring sessions, coming prepared with a pre-plan and all the necessary materials. We prioritise the well-being of our students, ensuring that each child feels understood and supported.

Responsibilities:

Conduct daily tutoring sessions
Develop customised lesson plans
Provide academic support
Create a supportive and nurturing learning environment
Assess student progress
Communicate with parents or guardians
Offer constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Requirements:

Must be located on the Gold Coast
Blue card (mandatory)
Driver's licence and own car (mandatory)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience and the ability to work with children of varying abilities
Flexibility and adaptability to tailor teaching methods for individual students
Ability to provide constructive feedback and engage parents or guardians
Strong organisational and time management skills
Passion for education and a desire to help students succeed
