Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and articulate Triage Call Specialist to join our team. The Triage Call Specialist will be responsible for conducting initial 10-minute consultation calls with prospective law firm clients. These calls aim to assess the potential client's needs, determine their suitability for our programs, and schedule follow-up consultations as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct 10-minute triage calls with prospective clients to understand their business needs and challenges. Gather essential information to evaluate the prospect's fit for our programs.
Schedule follow-up consultations or direct clients to appropriate resources based on their needs. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all triage calls and client interactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with the sales and client care teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
Requirements:
- Availability to make 4 - 10 ten-minute calls Mon to Friday
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to empathetically listen and understand client concerns.
- Familiarity with the legal industry or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Confident delivery
