Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cold calling vehicle owners and convincing them to let Boutique Rideshare manage their vehicles. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, and your primary objective will be to convert these leads into successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to vehicle owners using provided leads and self-generated leads.
- Present and explain the benefits of Boutique Rideshare's vehicle management services.
- Address any questions or concerns vehicle owners may have regarding our services.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales process to ensure successful conversions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.

Qualifications:
- Some experience in sales, particularly in a cold calling environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with potential clients.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Basic understanding of the rideshare industry is a plus.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role, where you will earn a fee for each successful conversion of a vehicle owner to our management service. The more you convert, the more you earn.
