Key Responsibilities
- Event Location Management: Identify and secure unique and prestigious event locations across Sydney that align with our clients' preferences and event themes.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage event staff including waitstaff, bartenders, and other event personnel to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Client Experience Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing personalized service and ensuring their vision for the event is brought to life. Manage client relationships from initial consultation to event execution, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Requirements:
- experience as an event planner is preferred
- Excellent knowledge of Sydney's event venues, suppliers, and vendors.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with a strong focus on client service.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required for event execution.
