The Role: 

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Experience team. In this role, you will deliver positive outcomes to our customers while supporting our Supply Chain and Sales teams. This role is a great way to go into other areas of the business once you have learned the ropes! We will train you and invest in your professional development to help you reach your goals.

We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, enthusiasm, experience with managing data within a CRM, and a team player. You will appreciate existing process and procedures and be a part of embedding new ones while working in a small, motivated, and friendly customer service team.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a satisfactory manner
- Provide product and service information to customers
- Process orders, returns and errors
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments such as supply chain and sales to ensure customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services

Skills:

- 2+ years of customer service experience within an office/admin environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software (CRM experience a bonus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
