Looking for a Short-Form Video Editor with a flair for storytelling. This role involves transforming our long-form podcast content into captivating short-form videos designed for social media platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels. The ideal candidate will possess not only technical editing skills but also a keen sense of how to craft engaging narratives suitable for short-form content consumption.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze long-form podcast transcripts to identify key moments and narratives suitable for short-form content.
- Edit and restructure selected content into engaging short videos, ensuring they are compelling and suitable for platforms such as TikTok and Reels.
- Ensure all content is optimized for maximum engagement and adheres to platform-specific guidelines and best practices.

Skills
- Strong storytelling ability, with an emphasis on crafting narratives that captivate and engage audiences.
- Experience as a writer or in a content creation role where writing played a key part is highly desirable.
- Basic editing skills
- Familiarity with social media trends and the unique requirements of platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality content.
