Job Description
Catalyser is a pioneer in the social impact space, dedicated to connecting individuals and organisations with impactful social causes. We are on the cusp of launching the version 2 of our platform, which will streamline and enhance the experience of giving and volunteering.
What We’ll Need Help With:
Our platform is expanding, and with it, our content needs. The copywriting intern will have the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the language and message across multiple parts of our platform, including:
-The transition of customers from V1 to V2, detailing the evolution and new functionalities.
-Crafting copy for our acquisition efforts, including website content, emails, landing pages, brochures, and one-pagers.
-Developing a comprehensive knowledge base and creating clear, intuitive copy for website pages and products.
Who We Are Looking For:
A savvy journalism or communications student skilled in writing and with a passion for social impact. You understand how to use tone of voice into various types of copy and can articulate complex features into user-friendly language.
Capabilities Needed:
-Proficient in English with outstanding writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
-Capable of grasping different tones of voice and writing styles.
-An understanding of creating copy for various areas of a digital platform, including marketing materials and product copy.
-Competent in both long and short form copy.
-Ability to work remotely and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
-Comfortable with handling several projects at once and working under tight deadlines.
What Needs to Be Achieved:
-Ensure the copy reflects Catalyser’s brand voice and aids in the seamless transition to V2.
-Contribute to a suite of marketing content that drives user acquisition and engagement.
-Create clear, compelling copy for our comprehensive product experience, from onboarding to advanced platform functionalities.
-Translate complex product features into easy-to-understand, actionable user steps across the platform’s core functionalities.
-Create copy for other resources or work in other projects if needed.
