About the role:

As a Floor Manager at Yassas the Greek way, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will lead and motivate a team of servers and bussers, ensuring that our guests receive excellent service. You will also be responsible for resolving guest issues, maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and motivate a team of servers and bussers
- Ensure that all guests receive excellent service
- Resolve guest issues promptly and courteously
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
- Ensure that all safety regulations are followed
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Prepare reports and track inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Experience in a restaurant management role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Food safety certification
- RSA certificate

Location: Southbank, Melbourne may be required to work at other stores based on your location.
