We are looking for Sales Representatives to work with one of our clients in Deakin!
• Part time work- 37.5 hours for one week of the month
• up to 15 hours extra for the rest of the month
• $40 per hour + super
• Deakin location
About the role:
Working in a small team you will be responsible for face-to-face sales of our client's products, providing general advice and assistance for issues relating to the sale of products, general information about tours, and processing returns, refunds and customer complaints.
The duties of this position include:
• Providing quality customer service and advice when responding to general queries through the shop.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to manage sales transactions and understand customer enquiries.
• Processing product sales through POS.
• Assisting, under supervision, with resolving issues relating to sales of products including processing returns and refunds and responding to customer complaints.
Our ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in a retail environment
• Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritise, manage time effectively and work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to provide quality customer service
• Good attention to detail
• Ability to work under limited direction within a team environment
• Willingness to learn quickly and remain adaptable.
