You will play a crucial role within our small, close knit HR team to drive HR initiatives and support our 300 staff.


Under the guidance of the HR management team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the employee experience.

The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Provide administrative assistance to the HR Management team.
• Responsible for the day-to-day HR admin duties including but limited to filing, data entry, filtering email enquiries, end of month tasks, weekly rosters.
• Assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Facilitating new start orientation inductions, assisting with new staff queries- knowledge with an onboarding platform preferred.
• Weekly checking of timesheets, assisting with payroll tasks.
• Maintaining employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality and process HR related paperwork
• Ensure the efficient day to day running of the office and answer all queries from staff, department heads and applicants.
• Assist in the coordination of employee training and development initiatives.

The must haves:
• Previous experience or education in the Human Resources or a related field is desirable.
• Proficient computer skills, including experience with HR software and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Current Drivers Licence
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Good computer literacy and skills using Microsoft office programs.
• Full unrestricted Australian work permits and residency.
• Fluent in both oral and written English
