E-commerce Warehouse Assistant

We're looking for students to help us pick & pack orders for the Black Friday sales.

🎯 Your Mission: Join our dynamic team as an E-commerce Warehouse Assistant and play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations from our West Melbourne warehouse. You will process inventory and orders, and support our customers by ensuring their orders are accurately packed and dispatched on time.

📦 What You'll Do:
- Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders with precision and care, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Assist with managing stock levels and ensuring the warehouse remains organised and efficient.
- Collaborate closely with the customer service team to address any issues related to order fulfilment.
- Process returns and exchanges, ensuring all items are handled appropriately.
- Work with our e-commerce platforms (Shopify, ShipHero) to track orders and manage inventory.
- Support the team in maintaining a clean, safe, and productive warehouse environment.

💥You Are:
- Organised and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Able to thrive in a fast paced environment.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
- Available for most shifts between 18th of November until the 10th of December with potential to stay on until uni returns.
