Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant for Social Media and Class Booking Management
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for social media and class management?
We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and assist with light social media organic post management, as well as aggregating class bookings from various platforms into a centralised spreadsheet. This spreadsheet serves as the source of truth for our business, ensuring smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities:
Social Media Management:
Create and schedule engaging and relevant organic social media posts across platforms.
Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels.
Collaborate with the owner and teachers to develop content ideas and maintain a consistent brand voice.
Class Booking Aggregation:
Aggregate class bookings and reservations from multiple platforms (e.g., websites, emails and external sites) into a centralized spreadsheet.
Ensure accurate data entry, including student information, class dates, times, and payment details.
Regularly update the spreadsheet to reflect the latest bookings and cancellations.
Website Management:
Manage and update bookable class times on the Squarespace website and other listing platforms.
Ensure class schedules are accurate and up-to-date, reflecting any changes or cancellations.
-send out invoices occasionally.
Requirements:
Interest and Familiarity with social media platforms like Facebook, instagram, TikTok and pintrest. Experience with social media management and data entry.
Desired.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy is a requirement.
Proficiency in using spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) for data entry and management.
Basic understanding of website management and content updates.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
