We're seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers. This role involves engaging with the public, sharing our inspiring cause, and encouraging them to sign up for monthly donations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approach individuals in public places with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Clearly and passionately communicate the mission and impact of our organization.
• Inspire and educate potential donors about the benefits of monthly giving.
• Utilize effective persuasion techniques to secure sign-ups for monthly donations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and donor information.
What We Offer:
• Flexible Working Hours: As a student, we understand the importance of managing your studies. That's why we offer flexible working hours from 11am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. You can choose the shifts that suit your schedule and availability.
• Earn While You Make a Difference: In addition to a base hourly wage, we offer attractive bonuses. Most of our team members earn between $200 and $800 per week in bonuses alone, based on their performance.
